how can i make a realistic Owl decoy?
realistic
You could make some out of clay or carve it out of plaster. Either would require experience and patience working with the material and some painting skill in addition to skill in sculpting. It also would cost you more in material and tools than the $10-20 an owl decoy costs to buy.
